Podcast Overview

Welcome to the Work Forces Podcast, a bi-weekly show that is a direct extension of the Work Forces company mission to design innovative programs and initiatives that close gaps between education and industry to promote economic advancement. Hosted by workforce and education strategists and thought leaders Julian Alssid and Kaitlin LeMoine, the Work Forces Podcast dives deep with innovators shaping the future of workforce development and career preparation. Through insightful conversations centering on innovative higher ed and talent development models, cross-sector collaborations, and emerging new technology, Julian, Kaitlin, and their guests discuss practical solutions that can be scaled and sustained to meet the demands of tomorrow’s workforce and learning environments.

Background

In the summer of 2023, Julian and Kaitlin embarked on a listening tour, engaging with leaders across higher education, workforce development, and education technology to inform the design of their consulting practice. The Work Forces Podcast emerged organically from those discussions, acting as a dynamic platform that both informs and is actively supported by Julian and Kaitlin’s tailored consulting projects. After honing the craft of podcasting and establishing a solid audience in 2024, Julian and Kaitlin are focused on expanding the podcast audience and impact in 2025 and beyond.
